“Drug Nanocrystals produced by High- Pressure Homogenization. High-pressure homogenization has been applied for many years in various areas for the production of emulsions and suspensions and is currently used in food industry like homogenization of milk. A distinct advantage of this technology is its ease for scaling up, even to very large volumes. In the pharmaceutical industry parenteral emulsions are produced by this technology.”
